Arteta provided further updates, saying, “We have another training session in the afternoon. Every hour is going to be very important to see the availability. So, after that, we will decide who travels.”
William Saliba and Gabriel center back pair will be out for a longer time with Saliba recovering from his ankle injury. Kai Havertz is also still unable to be selected. Good news comes from Leandro Trossard who will be back to the first team in a matter of days confirmed by Arteta.
