Manchester United are now keeping an eye on Nathaniel Brown in Germany, according to Sky Sports Germany.
United could potentially enter the market to search for a new left wing-back in the summer. This is one area that Man United have been lacking this season. Currently, Diogo Dalot and Patrick Dorgu are the only options that they have, but both of them are inconsistent in every game.
The same source said that United is not the only club that monitors the situation of Eintrach Frankfurt’s defender, but the German’s side is convinced that he will leave in the next summer.
Recent interview suggesting that Ruben Amorim will likely need a new wing-back in his squad. He also said that Dorgu and Dalot have been doing things very well in the training ground, but they couldn’t replicate that same performance in the official matches.
Amorim also said that Dorgu looks very anxious when he gets the ball and that is what makes him make wrong decisions on the ball. He plays with more confidence and looks relaxed when he plays for the Denmark National team.
Luke Shaw could actually play in the left wing-back role with Lisandro Martinez back in the team already. But the intensity in that role might be dangerous for Shaw given his injury records. For now, his best position is the left Center-Back where he doesn’t really need to go ups and downs that often.
Harry Amass who is currently on loan to Sheffield Wednesday could also be an option next season. He has been in good form recently and if he could maintain that performance, next season he will get more game time for United. But United also needs someone who is ready to play in that role.
Brown mainly plays as a fullback, but he also can play the role of a wing-back when needed.
The 22-year old has four goal contributions this season from 18 appearances. He has some impressive attributes that makes him a good option for Amorim’s left wing-back.
Eintracht might ask for a high transfer fee for Brown, and given Manchester United’s transfer policy under INEOS, they might not want to pay above £40 million for him. More news and information about Manchester United can be found on Price In UK

Manchester United’s still Need Reinforcement In Other Areas

United still need to sign players in the various positions, and their priority for next summer is to do the midfield overhaul. It is very important because Casemiro can no longer play for 90 minutes, and Manuel Ugarte currently looks like he’s struggling to match the standard of Casemiro who is very high to give United control in the midfield.
Kobbie Mainoo also struggled to find game times with Bruno Fernandes always available for Manchester United. Mainoo also couldn’t make enough impact every time he came from the bench to replace either Casemiro, Bruno, or one of the no.10 behind the striker.
Man United will likely focus their budget for next summer to sign some midfielders. Several reports said that United are ready to spend a lot of money for their midfield overhaul. With Casemiro’s contract less likely to be renewed, and Ugarte probably cashed out, Man United needs to sign three or four midfielders in January and summer transfer windows.
Man United will also look like they will try to cash out Altay Bayindir next summer. With Senne Lammens being impressive, Bayindir’s chance of being under the goal for United is very small. Also, Radek Vitek has been doing well on loan, and United seem like giving him the chance to be in the first team in a short time.
