Mitch Moses put his modern ‘character home’ up for auction just two years after buying the property.
According to Real Estate, Moses, 28, is selling his Ryde home after upgrading to a larger property in nearby Hunters Hill.
The Guns halfback – who played his 200th NRL game earlier this year – bought his Rye home in 2021 for $2.8 million, and hopes to bring in north of $3 million after converting the house.
He added ‘high end renovations’ and has now listed the property for auction on August 19 through the agencies of Ella Elias and Brasick Whitney, with a guide price of $2.95 million.
Moses bought the Rye property – known as the Corolla – after making his NSW debut two years ago as a replacement for the injured Nathan Cleary.

There is an open plan living area, with a fireplace and luxurious oak flooring, while the stone kitchen has a butler’s pantry.
The home has three bedrooms, including a master retreat with a large 3.7m by 3m walk-in wardrobe – formerly a bedroom.
Moses joins a number of footy players who have entered the property renovation market, with some stars making a career out of it after the NRL.
