It really is a piece of prime real estate.
The famous 12-bedroom, 14-bathroom, ‘triangle house’ in Malibu, California, has hit the market for $75 million, and in a new video, YouTuber Enes Yilmazer gives viewers an extensive tour.
Broadcasting billionaire David Saperstein — who came up with the idea of using helicopters to provide up-to-date traffic reports — built this 10,600-square-foot compound overlooking Paradise Cove in the late 1990s.
He put it up for sale in 2020 for $115 million, but it has since been relisted at a substantial discount.
Enes explains that it’s nicknamed the Triangle House, ‘If you look at this house from a bird’s eye view, you’ll realize that it’s shaped like a V and the point of the V is where we have our infinity edge pool. So it’s a really unique architecture.’

Enes says: ‘[This is] One of the best movie theaters we’ve seen on our channel… it’s so elegant’
The house’s private beach, which is just off the main beach, has two spacious cabanas and floodlights, so guests can enjoy the oceanfront space well into the evening.
On her walkthrough, the social media star begins in the double-height lobby, which features a giant crystal chandelier that leads to the lower level.
He then moves into the formal living room, which makes the most of the ocean view with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors.
Other nooks he showcases in the open plan area include a chic-looking bar area and a dining area that seats 12 with a sparkling crystal chandelier serving as the focal point.
Off the dining room, there is a small service hallway that leads to a professional grade chef’s kitchen complete with stainless steel cabinetry and countertops.
There are several unique features in the form of a built-in ice cream machine and a rotisserie oven for cooking chicken – and there’s even a chef’s table.
Commenting on the state-of-the-art cooking area, cameraman Mikey said: ‘It’s incredible.
Whoever designed this kitchen had entertainment in mind. I think you can serve a lot of people here and there’s a lot of variety in what you can cook because of all the equipment they have.’
Down one level, the real estate expert discovers a game area with a pool table, another bar clad in natural stone, and a 20-seat movie theater with a professional grade projector room.

Before traveling to the home’s second level, Enes rode a golf cart past the pool and outdoor kitchen to the private beach area.

Back home, Enes quickly peeks into the guest room upstairs before heading to the pièce de résistance: the primary bedroom.

The home’s expansive walk-in wardrobe is one of the largest Enes has ever seen

Enes explains that it’s nicknamed the Triangle House, ‘If you look at this house from a bird’s eye view, you’ll realize that it’s shaped like a V and the point of the V is where we have our infinity pool. So it’s a really unique architecture.’
She said of the expansive space: ‘This bedroom feels like we’re on the bow of a ship or yacht with nothing but sea in front of you.
‘Of course the views are fantastic and I can only imagine what it’s like to wake up in the morning and start your day in this bedroom. Just being able to walk outside, enjoy the ocean and see your incredible home.’
Off the bedroom, there’s a wraparound porch, a bathroom with a freestanding copper tub and an expansive walk-in wardrobe, which Enes says is one of the largest he’s ever seen.
In addition to offering top-notch interior design and a prime location, Enes says the property’s landscaped grounds — which span 2.57 acres — are another selling point.
He explained: ‘The landscaping on this property is absolutely incredible, we have waterways, water features across and along the driveway, we have a children’s play area.
‘If I lived here I’d be walking around all the time. You have different walkways that take you to different parts of the house.’
Other outdoor space features include a motor court, a tennis court, an eight-car underground garage, a gym, a laundry room and another separate guest apartment that Ennes says will be ‘perfect for your staff’.
The three-story home at 27930 Pacific Coast Highway is currently listed with Chris Cortazzo of Compass.
The listing states: ‘This is truly a once in a generation opportunity to acquire a beachfront compound of rare quality, captivating beauty, architectural integrity, luxury and resort style living and entertainment in the highly prestigious and exclusive Paradise Cove.’
