Tori Spelling accused a realtor of ‘mocking’ her family’s housing ‘crisis’ as she and her five children navigate an ‘ongoing mold problem’ at their home.
In a text exchange, uploaded to her Instagram Story, the Beverly Hills, 90210 star’s realtor messaged her: ‘The latest bizarre inquiry.’
‘I’m sorry? I’m assuming that wasn’t meant for me,’ the actress, who is allegedly experiencing marital issues with her husband Dean McDermott, replied.
He, then, responded: ‘It is more for Karen. Tori Spelling has been asking for a 1 month rental. If you follow her situation on TMZ it is all amusing.’
Spelling, 50, fired back: ‘This is Tori Spelling. Wow! Human empathy and kindness prevails. Kids in crisis is amusing.’

The best-selling author proceeded to leak the messages on her Instagram Story, with the caption: ‘And, this human is a father! I guess I hold out too much hope that people lead by kindness.’
She continued: ‘Shame on you Robert Vinson @vinsongroup real estate! My 5 kids are going through Mold poisoning and we need a home and this is how you treat people? Mocking their situation?’
When asked about the situation by DailyMail.com on Friday, Vinson stated that ‘celebrity impersonation is rabid in Hollywood’ and that as a real estate broker, he has a ‘fiduciary responsibility to be certain of the identity of the person’ he is ‘dealing with.’
‘Mrs. Spelling texted me asking for a one month rental,’ he stated.
After getting ‘concerned’ he was ‘dealing with a scam’ text, he asked: ‘How can I confirm it is you?’
‘I never received a call back from the text. I am now being publicly shamed for my due diligence. I sent Ms. Spelling the following text after being bombarded with vulgar messages from her followers,’ he continued.
The realtor also claims to have sent an apology, which read: ‘I am sorry about the message. I was raised by a single mother and understand the challenges you are dealing with. When you did not call me I thought I was being spoofed by someone who was pretending to be you.
Earlier this month, a source told Us Weekly that Spelling and her family were staying at a hotel due to ‘the ongoing mold problem at their house.’
‘My 5 kids are going through mold poisoning and we need a home and this is how you treat people? Mocking their situation?’ she wrote beneath the messages on her Instagram

‘Tori is taking this issue very seriously and isn’t going to subject herself or her kids to that,’ the insider emphasized.
Weeks ago, in a now-deleted post, McDermott took to Instagram to announce that he and his wife of 18 years were going their separate ways.
The two are parents to five children: Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 6.
McDermott is also father to son Jack, 24, whom he shares with ex Mary Jo Eustace.
Alongside a throwback photograph of the pair together and a snap with four of their children, Dean shared a heartfelt statement.
‘It’s with great sadness and a very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,’ he shared.
‘We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time. We ask that you all respect our privacy as we take this time to surround our family with love and work our way through this. Thank you all for your support and kindness,’ the note finished.

Tori – who is the daughter of late film producer Aaron Spelling – has yet to address the split publicly.
After the actor shared the statement, a source told Us Weekly that the two were not getting divorced.
‘They’ve had their ups and downs like any couple, but have continued working on their marriage through couple’s counselling,’ the person dished.
‘They love each other and are not going to split,’ the insider added. ‘Friends suspect that Dean posted that because he and Tori may have gotten into a big blowout fight last night. He obviously regretted it, so he deleted the post.
Last month, someone close to the couple told DailyMail.com that Dean feels he’s done everything in his power to make his wife happy, but believes his efforts have not been reciprocated.
‘Dean has changed and worked very hard to be the husband she needed him to be but she is still demanding and entitled.
‘Nothing he does or has done will ever be good enough for her,’ the insider told DailyMail.com last month.
‘For a very long time Tori used their marital problems to stay relevant,’ the source said.
‘Everyone knew about their issues, and she didn’t play it down, she played it – even going so far to go outside where she knew paparazzi were waiting. This really took a toll on Dean,’ the friend shared.
The insider also claimed that the couple had been struggling with financial issues and the daunting duty of raising their children, stating: ‘Tori did not feel like Dean was holding his weight at the time.
‘She kept wanting more and more, and from Tori’s perspective, she always just felt like Dean wasn’t carrying his half. She feels like she had to raise all their children on her own and, for the most part, she is right.’

Tori’s mother, Candy Spelling, recently spoke out in support of her daughter.
The 77-year-old producer told TMZ that the former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress is ‘doing great.’
The outlet caught the star as she left Hermes in Beverly Hills on Friday, accompanied by Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg.
The mother-of-two admitted she doesn’t know what the fate of Tori and Dean’s marriage will be.
Asked if the couple is done for good, Candy answered, ‘I don’t know,’ before adding, ‘I love my daughter, and I support her in whatever she does. I support my daughter, what can I tell you?’
