The banana-flavoured Nesquik is no longer available in Coles and Woolworths shoppers have been hit but alternative retailers are stocking it.

Consumers will no longer be able to get their hands on banana flavored Nesquik in Australian supermarkets.

Popular shopping at Coles and Woolworths has been closed, leaving hundreds of shoppers devastated. However, the breakfast product is available at a higher price at alternative retailers.

Holly, from Western Australia, went to buy her favorite food before it disappeared from the shelves. He alerted other customers on TikTok and revealed where he bought the item for $8.99.

Others insisted that the product had not been available in major supermarkets ‘for years’.

‘Coles and Woolworths Australia – you’ve really let your fellow man down by taking away banana flavored Nesquik,’ Holly says in the video.

But he was able to buy the products on demand from a local supermarket in WA – Spudshed.

‘Now it’s an import item from the UK so we’re going to pay a bit more than $3.99,’ continues Holly, holding up the 300g tub.

‘With an $8.99 price tag I’m happy to pay this for my banana flavored milk. So thanks Spudshed!’

The banana flavor is available at The Reject Shop for $7, Eurofood for $8.30 and Amazon Australia for $18.70.

Many in the comments praised Holly for sharing where she bought the Nesquik.

‘Guess I’m taking a trip to Spudshed today! Thanks for sharing,’ wrote one.

Love Banana Nesquik! I always bring something from the US when I go,’ said another.

A third added: ‘I bought some from Mr Fancy Candy. Expensive, but I’ve been looking for it for ages.’

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Coles and Woolworths for a comment.
