She has previously said she has no problem with Joe’s prenuptial agreement, telling Howard Stern in 2015: ‘He said, ‘You do whatever you want. I will sign whatever you want.”

Sofia and Joe relisted their Beverly Hills home for $18 million in June — less than two months before announcing their split.
They originally listed it last summer for $19.6 million after a remodel but took it off the market.
The Italianate-style villa is co-listed with Barry Peel of Sotheby’s International Realty and Santiago Arna of The Agency.
TMZ previously alleged that Sofia spent more than the $10.4 million required to snap up the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home in 2015.
The sprawling 11,000-square-foot mansion includes a 10-seat movie theater, full-size gym with sauna, and a 3,000-bottle wine cellar.

Siegel’s Divorce Attorney Frederic J. The Siegel, Collin & Kaufman law firm — which has no connection to Sophia, Joe or their divorce proceedings — gave Page Six its legal opinion about their prenup.
He theorized that Sophia and Joe’s prenup was ‘probably what’s called a walkway.’
This means that Sophia ‘keeps what she has and what she earns and [Joe] He keeps what he has and what he has earned.
‘So with a prenup – and without the kids [together] – It becomes a much simpler case.’
