22-year-old sporting superstars Hannah and Hayley Cavinder have revealed some of their secrets to staying in such incredible shape – as they document everything they eat in a day and lift the lid on the training techniques they use when they hit the gym.
The Cavinder twins, originally from Indiana, have recently made serious waves both on and off the court — earning more than 4.5 million followers on their joint TikTok account by sharing a glimpse of the many glamorous perks that come with being successful NCAA stars.
Now, in a new video shared on their joint YouTube account, the former basketball players have given their fans an inside look at the strict diet and intense exercise routines they stick to to achieve their amazing physiques.
According to Hannah, they start their morning by drinking 40 ounces of water, followed by their first meal of the day — a bowl of high-protein oats mixed with blueberries and some white chocolate pretzel-flavored nut butter made by American Dream.

Next, the sisters grabbed a Bucked Up brand energy drink before heading to the gym for their first workout of the day.

In the video, Hannah explains that they just started a new workout program created by online coach Kat Padgett.
It was a ‘leg day’, so the sisters did Romanian deadlifts, single leg extensions, barbell box squats, sumo deadlifts, deficit reverse lunges, dumbbell sumo squat pulses and glute cable kickbacks.
After finishing the gym session, they went out for what they call a ‘hot girl walk’ around their neighborhood.
‘We love our hot girl walks, we love trying different places,’ Hanna explained.
‘It’s our time to kind of chill out, figure out what our plans are for the day, and enjoy the beautiful Florida scenery.’
On the way back, the athletes stopped to get some coffee from a local cafe.

Then, they had a second breakfast, as Hana explained that they eat a series of small, high-protein meals throughout the day.
Haley added that they recently started ‘incorporating a lot more food’ into their diet because they ‘love to eat’ and always prioritize ‘listening to their bodies’.
They opted for half of a cinnamon raisin English muffin with peanut butter before heading back to the gym for a second workout.
This time, they focused on cardio, explaining that getting at least 10,000 steps a day is a priority for them.
They set the treadmill incline to 15 and speed to three and a half MPH and walked for 30 minutes. After that, they sat in the sauna for 10 minutes to ‘reduce inflammation’.
Next, it was time for another meal. This time, the second half of their English muffin consisted of egg whites and a ‘sausage biscuit’.
‘It’s like a McDonald’s Egg McGriddle, but a healthier version,’ Haley explained.
For lunch, Hanna made a sandwich with Bolthouse Farms grilled chicken, Greek yogurt, and avocado green goddess dressing on Sara Lee’s whole wheat bread.
She describes the dish as ‘so quick and easy’, which she explains is important given their ‘busy’ schedules.
A few hours later, they ate a watermelon salad, which included jalapeños, lettuce, feta cheese and balsamic dressing over watermelon.
Haley added that they recently started ‘incorporating a lot more food’ into their diet because they ‘love to eat’ and always prioritize ‘listening to their bodies’.

For a snack, they made something they called ‘protein ice cream’, which was Fairlife lactose-free milk – vanilla flavored, but definitely sugar-free – combined with a jello packet and refrigerated for six to eight hours. They topped it with some fruit. And added peanut butter.
‘It’s like an acai smoothie bowl,’ Hana said. ‘We’re obsessed with it.’
Last but not least, Haley and Hannah Brandt ate the food prepared for dinner from Farm to Fork, opting for the delicious-looking Turkey Sloppy Joes.
Hannah and Haley were born in South Bend, Indiana, but moved to Phoenix, Arizona at a young age.
They both started playing basketball before they started preschool — and dominated throughout middle and high school.
After graduating from Gilbert High School, the sisters moved on to Fresno State, where they both broke several records.
All the while, the sisters were growing in popularity online — and by the time they transferred to the University of Miami in 2022, they were the most followed athletes ever to play college basketball.
The twins have now amassed 4.5 million followers on their joint TikTok account and have received 145 million likes across their videos.
They have gained more than 700,000 followers on their personal Instagram account.
