Carla from Bankstown has landed a new job working for NSW Premier Chris Mince – and posted a hilarious video to mark the occasion

Carla, from Bankstown, rose to fame in 2021 with her tongue-in-cheek videos in which she posed as the no-nonsense assistant to former NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian.

And the celebrity drag queen, 30, recently posted a hilarious video on TikTok, revealing she’s landed a new gig working for current NSW Premier Chris Minnes.

The cheeky footage shows Carla working behind a desk in Minns’ office as she has a private call with a friend and tells them, ‘Today is boring’.

He is then caught off guard by Minns, 43, who approaches his desk and asks him: ‘What’s going on? Is the phone coming, no one is picking up.’

‘Victorian Premier Dan Andrews called and said he’s hotter than you, but I didn’t tell him, absolutely not,’ replied Carla boisterously.

Carla from Bankstown is the alter ego of Benjamin James, a 30-year-old retail worker who has lived in the Bankstown area of ​​Sydney all his life.
