Jackie 'O' Henderson has ended her partnership with Weight Watchers after losing 18kg through the programme.

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has denied that gastric band surgery and the use of controversial diabetes drug Ozempic were behind her dramatic 18kg weight loss.

On Monday’s Kyle and Jackie O Show, furious Jackie, 48, revealed she was the victim of trolls who claimed the radio star had surgery instead of losing weight through diet and exercise.

‘When I first lost weight and started losing weight at the beginning of the year, everything was fine. And then when I lost a little bit more, people suspected that it took off too quickly,’ he began.

‘And since then I have to say, for the last 3 to 4 months, I’ve been so adamant about people believing in them that I haven’t lost it properly and I’ve done something else.’

Jackie emphasized that no matter how someone lost weight, she did it the healthy way.

‘I can’t say it enough that I’ve done nothing but eat well, exercise and give up alcohol,’ he said.

Jackie then responded to a conspiracy theory that has circulated among critics – that she secretly underwent gastric band surgery to lose weight.

‘When I took some time off work last year, people thought I took time off work and it coincided with weight loss, I went and had gastric band surgery,’ he said.

The mother of one noted that she could not undergo gastric band surgery, as she was not old enough to qualify for the procedure.

She explained that the biggest change was her mindset, as she had previously struggled to shed unwanted kilos over the past three years because she was ‘not in that head space.’

‘I just wasn’t motivated and I wasn’t feeling well mentally and so I wasn’t there. I couldn’t find that motivation in me, he explained.

‘I wanted to [lose weight] A lot and I’ve tried a lot, but then I’ll fall off the wagon and then I’ll eat McDonald’s and I think we’ve all done diet and exercise there.’

Jackie also denied speculation that she was using Hollywood’s favorite weight loss drug Ozempc, which was originally developed for diabetics.

‘I don’t want to get into the Olympic debate, which is that people who have real problems with diabetes need this drug, versus people who are going out and abusing it for other reasons,’ he said.

Elsewhere, Jackie addresses the news that she is leaving WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers), as she has now achieved her goals and wants to step away from the weight-loss rhetoric.

‘You can still stay with WW and do the maintenance angle. But I think I’m over this whole weight loss thing,’ she said.

Jackie said her approach to dealing with criticism doesn’t just involve trolls.

‘I don’t want to wipe [negative] Comments I just let them go. Let them have their vent and be what they think,’ he said.

It comes after Jackie credited her partnership with WW (formerly Weight Watchers) for her astonishing 18kg weight loss in an Instagram post on Sunday night.

He revealed that he ended his partnership with the company in the post.

‘I came to the end of the partnership this month,’ the mum-of-one captioned alongside a photo of her radically slimmed-down figure.

Jackie’s post was filled with accusations of taking the infamous diabetes drug Ozemp instead of losing weight naturally.

‘Approve the Olympics? Haha,’ one commenter wrote, while another wrote ‘We’ve followed you for years and know you don’t like exercise or healthy eating.’

They continued: ‘Why aren’t people honest they just did Ozempic .. Funny how everyone who goes to Ozempic ‘suddenly’ quits drinking.’

‘It’s not Weight Watchers. And perhaps why the partnership ended.’

Jackie recently revealed that she lost 18kg in just five months, but was forced to shut down the rumors due to the celebrity taking weight loss drugs.

Many speculated that she was taking Ozempic, but last month Jackie revealed that her weight loss has been the old-fashioned way: following a low-calorie diet, exercising regularly and cutting out alcohol.

‘I don’t take the diabetic medicine people talk about taking,’ replied Jackie.

‘True, you can do it, guys… but I’ll say it, I think [cutting out] Alcohol and exercise were a big thing. i never did [that] So it was kind of a kicker for me before.’

Jackie, who recently started playing tennis regularly, added that giving up alcohol and exercising ‘was a big thing [she’d] Never been done before’.

The mother-of-one also confirmed that she did not drink alcohol at Kyle’s wedding in April.

Jackie also recently talked about her new diet on The Kyle and The Jackie O Show, revealing that she often skips breakfast, a practice known as intermittent fasting.

He also avoids carbs and eats pre-cut pieces of steak to satisfy his hunger throughout the day.

She recently shared several more photos from a recent vacation, including a rare swimsuit snap in the south of France
