Shoppers flock to Kmart after highly unusual new kitchen collection hits stores across Australia: ‘I’ve never seen anything like it’

Shoppers are going wild for Kmart’s new ‘mini appliance’ range featuring four cookware products.

Customers can quickly whip up a meal and snacks using the machines – which cost $15 each.

On offer are a waffle maker, noodle and multi-cooker, snack maker and grill press, each light and compact in design.

Mum Amelia, also known as Amelia’s Home Edit on TikTok, bought the whole range and went up a storm to review two products.

‘And an icon was born – the mini range from Kmart,’ he said excitedly in a video.

Mum Amelia, also known as Amelia’s Home Edit on TikTok, bought the whole range and went up a storm to review two products.

In a series of TikTok videos, Amelia boasts about the products and tests two of her favorites – the red mini bitesize snack maker and the yellow mini noodle and multicooker.

The snack maker can be used to make mini muffins, grilled cheese sandwiches, fried eggs and omelets, while the multicooker can be used to make meals for one.

‘Red – mini George Foreman – the lid closes so it works like a small Weber barbecue,’ said Amelia.

‘It’s got this little fryer thing that has a clip on it that you can use as a little handle that snaps off when you want to close the lid.’

‘It also comes with four silicone molds. You can make muffins, you can make little egg things, you can make all kinds of things… what!?’

He added that the smaller product would ‘easily fit’ into a suitcase when travelling.

‘Every student in the country needs one,’ he said.

Mom also raved about the yellow mini noodles and the multicooker that can be used to make scrambled eggs, pancakes, vegetables, stir-fries and more.

‘I think it would be best as a mini stove top because the lid works for the base and the small fry pan, so you have two options,’ she said.

In another video, Amelia uses the tiny device to cook steak, vegetables and a side of rice.

‘This whole collection doesn’t have an on/off switch – you just plug it in and it goes home hot,’ he said.

Other buyers raved about the products in the comments, with many saying they ‘needed’ to buy the ‘small but beautiful’ one.

One wrote, ‘Watch me use these so I don’t use bad shared spaces.’

‘I’m going to Kmart for red. Have waffle makers. It’s brilliant,’ said another.

‘It would be perfect for teaching your little ones to cook,’ added a third.
