A teenage girl has been sexually assaulted in a Melbourne central shopping centre
A teenage girl was shopping with her siblings before she was sexually assaulted by a stranger in broad daylight.
Victoria Police said the young woman was shopping in Melbourne Central on the corner of La Trobe and Swanston Streets in Melbourne on July 2.
Investigators said a man walking behind the group hit the girl on the shoulder and sexually assaulted her and left.

Police have released a photo of the man they believe may help with their enquiries.
He is described as 30 to 40 years old, approximately 170cm tall, with black and gray hair.
He was seen wearing a navy puffer jacket and jeans with white sneakers.
