Brian Danilczyk, 35, was in Sin City and began behaving erratically after his drinking spiked, according to his pregnant wife.
Michelle Danilczyk claimed a ‘hallucinogenic drug’ had been slipped into her drink, while her father – who witnessed the incident – said she was in an ‘altered state of mind’.

In a police report, officers said Danilczyk ‘climbed on top of a poker table and flashed his genitalia to everyone. [passed] Exposing his penis and testicles while gyrating.’
Officers also said in their report that he ‘exposed his anus to all who went on the main floor’ as security approached him.
Speaking to the New York Post, his wife said: ‘I will start by saying that we are good people and my husband is a great man.
‘He would never act like that. He is the victim. The person who drugged my husband is the real criminal and responsible for such behavior.
‘His drink was laced with drugs that caused severe hallucinogenic reactions.
‘There’s no memory of it happening so we’re working extensively in the emergency room and meeting with doctors to read toxicology to find out exactly what kind of drug it was.
‘We live very happily and happily.’
Police say Danilcic punched the one-legged man at the Flamingo Hotel’s Bird Bar at 11.20pm on Sunday.
